Custom product design and prototyping, this project involved design of the plastic enclosure and PCB layout for this remote control unit. Fitting neatly inside the palm of your hand, this unit both looked good as well as  felt comfortable and intuitive to use. By creating working prototypes the design was proved and tested in full working order before committing to the expense of custom tooling for volume manufacture.

JackNbox prototyping is undertaken in-house on our CNC machines enabling us to model plastic parts in materials similar to that used in injection molding processes as a method of verification prior to investment in tooling. CNC milling is
